Terms and conditions
Membership freezing:
The subscriber is eligible to freeze the membership providing that the freezing period isn’t over half time during the subscription time
Membership cancellation:
1. After 10 days of payment, refund isn’t available but it remains as a saved balance to use within 60 days or charged to another subscriber.
2. The membership can’t be cancelled after receiving the 3rd day meals at 6 p.m.
3. The refund is within 7 days of work with 99S.R. discount as an administrative fees+ delivery.
Not responding the delivery representative
In case of not responding or answering to the delivery representative during the delivery time, the order will be considered as a received order by the subscriber, and members are not eligible to claim with a compensation day. Noticing that the delivery service is for 10 mins of waiting.
In case of compelling circumstances that can’t be controlled; like in bad weather
,we are sorry to cancel the delivery and that day will be added automatically to the package and the customer is going to be notified.
Changing the delivery location
The location must be changed 48 hours before the next delivery time.
Medical declaration and nutrition terms:
Octafood disclaims the following
– Any health or allergy issues that the subscriber may incur, as it must for the subscriber to review and confirm the meals him/herself, and that’s by pre-checking the meals ingredients described in the menus.
– Any complications due to any surgeries or medical procedures, according to that the subscriber must share- when writing in the note section
– If he has done any surgeries or medical procedures within the past 3 months also mentioning any medical supplements he use – If there’s any-
– The client has to yield the required result, based on the client commitment with diet his/her
– Any allergic reaction, the member must share if the possibility of any allergic reactions that might happen in the note section during registration, further more remarking it to the nutritionist.
– Gluten allergy, whereas Octafood doesn’t provide gluten-free products
– The meals ia saved in the refrigerator maximum for 3 days to keep its nutritional value.
All the abovementioned is adjustable according to the administrative decision and it will be published then
